Class #9
Class #9 convened in 1 October 1932 and finished on 4 February 1933. Chief Radioman Harry Kidder back for a second stint as instructor, the only man who came back to serve as such a second time. Class #9 was a small class with just two Marines and one Sailor.
Sergeant Richard Anthony Hardisty
Richard A. Hardisty graduated from Class #9 in 1933 and served at the American Legation in Peiping through 1934 before being removed from radio intelligence duties in 1934.He reportedly died of a heart attack while running to catch a train in Union Station in Washington, DC while still active duty.

Radioman Second Class William Anthony "Bill" Knefley
Bill Knefley attended OTRG Class #9 and was assigned to Station HYPO in Hawaii. After a year of duty there, he was taken off the OP-20-G rolls and not assigned to radio intelligence duties from that point forward.
